Funded Researchers
Gabriella Carolini is an associate professor of urban planning and international development at MIT, leading the City Infrastructure Equity Lab. Her research focuses on equity in infrastructure governance and planning in the Americas and Africa, especially concerning water and sanitation. She has authored "Equity, Evaluation, and International Cooperation" (Oxford University Press, 2022) and published articles in top journals such as Environment and Planning A, The Lancet, and the American Journal of Public Health.
